Consultations

Single Sessions — $85

Single sessions last about an hour and are perfect for addressing specific nutritional concerns with whole foods, supplements, or lifestyle recommendations. In these sessions we’ll assess your specific needs together and introduce new clients to the basics you’ll need to achieve your goals. Single sessions are also ideal for people who already have a strong knowledge base regarding nutrition but wish to have specific questions answered or for those who have explored my other programs and wish to follow-up.

Six & 12-week Programs — $450-$780

Consecutive weekly visits are the best way for you to build a strong nutritional foundation and to correct unwanted habits. In these programs, nutritional suggestions are gradually introduced so you make changes at a rate that is comfortable for you and therefore most likely to give you the long-lasting results you want. These programs are customized to fit your specific needs, whether that’s overcoming impaired health, reducing weight, improving mental and emotional thought patterns or optimizing athletic performance. Your progress is discussed at each weekly visit and changes are made accordingly. Consecutive visits offer continued inspiration and motivation and create accountability, which increases your ability to reach your goals.

Priceless!

Private and Group Cooking Demonstrations — $85

As you probably know, home cooked meals are by far the healthiest way to eat. However, cooking seems to be a dying art in many households. Learning some quick and easy basics in the kitchen can make cooking at home a lot more inspiring and nourishing for you and your family. Together, you and I will decide what type of meals will best fulfill your lifestyle and dietary needs and then focus on teaching you how to prepare those meals. For starters, we’ll go over basic knife skills, tools that make cooking easier and seasoning techniques. Then we’ll do hands-on cooking to give you a good grasp of what your meals should be comprised of (how many proteins, carbs and fats), serving sizes, and the vitamin, mineral and phytochemical content of specific foods. You’ll also discover how many foods can be used as medicine to improve health ailments. A cooking demonstration is a great way to pull together everything you learned in your grocery store tour and you get to take home samples.

Detox Program — $199-$450 (Some programs include up to 45 meal replacements)

With over 100,000 new chemicals being introduced to our environment each year, detoxification is an exciting way to improve and protect your health. Its simple and superior therapeutic results can be felt almost immediately. Detox clients have experienced increased energy, allergy relief, clearer skin, improved mental functioning, a jump start to weight loss and decreases in countless other symptoms. The Designs for Health detox program used in my practice is a gentle, full-body cleanse that gives your body a chance to recover from daily exposure to toxins while also supplying the calories and nutrients you need for energy. This detox is offered for both individuals and groups and can last from 7-28 days depending on your needs.

Lab Work

Comprehensive Metabolic Profile — $210-425

Do you feel tired? Is your digestion, shall we say ... compromised? Are you using prescription drugs that could be depleting valuable vitamins and nutrients from your body? Are the supplements that you take providing what they say they do? Now is the time to test...don’t guess. The Comprehensive Metabolic Profile is a highly accurate test that reveals specific nutrient deficiencies in your body. It assesses B-vitamin insufficiencies, cellular energy production, neural function, detoxification capability, intestinal microbial overgrowth, free radical damage, fatty acid ratios and food allergies. This test takes the guesswork out of nutritional recommendations and can be used to create a supplement and food plan that is designed precisely for you and also correct any insufficiencies to optimize your metabolic function and health. This test is highly recommended for individuals who have had blood work done with inconclusive results.

Adrenal Stress Testing — $114-$191

Stress is a major underlying cause of many chronic illnesses, from fatigue to food allergies. A stressful lifestyle can lead to consistently high levels of cortisol and low levels of DHEA (two hormones produced by the adrenal glands), which can be damaging to your brain and other tissues. Cortisol elevation also impacts immune responses, inflammation, and cellular hydration. The adrenal stress profile is a measure of your response to stress. It is also an important tool for pointing to adrenal imbalances that may be impacting your health. If you feel greatly fatigued or have a history of compromised immunity, this test will help determine the best plan to overcome these symptoms and improve your ability to respond and adapt to stress.

GI Effects Stool Profiles — $170-$395

Healthy digestion is essential for a healthy body and mind. This includes having balanced beneficial bacteria in your gut, which is a sign of a healthy gastrointestinal tract. Gastrointestinal health is key in digestion, nutrient usage, and ridding your body of waste and harmful pathogens. Poor digestion and mal-absorption can lead to immune dysfunction, nutritional insufficiencies, and various diseases as well as food allergies and an accumulation of toxins. GI Effects is unlike any other stool analysis profile, going beyond the standard parameters for identifying gastrointestinal disorders. GI Effects uses DNA analysis to identify both beneficial and harmful organisms with 100% accuracy, including anaerobes, a previously unmeasurable area of your gut that compromises 95% of all gut microbiota. If you have chronic health problems, it is essential to know the microbial balance of your GI tract.
